Cloud-Only Microsoft 365 MSP

We're not cloud‑focused.
We're cloud‑only.

Level2 manages Microsoft 365 environments for organizations ready to leave servers behind. Every technician is Level 2 or higher. Every engineer is Microsoft certified. No exceptions, no fine print.

Why Level2 exists

We got tired of watching MSPs maintain servers instead of moving businesses forward.

Level2 was built out of frustration — years of watching traditional MSPs pour client budgets into patching aging hardware, renewing server warranties, and staffing Level 1 help desks that couldn't answer a real Microsoft 365 question.

Here's the thing most MSPs won't tell you: the servers in your closet aren't a technical necessity anymore. For most 15–250 person organizations, they're a habit. A profitable one — for the MSP.

So we built the inverse. No hardware to sell. No junior tier to staff. Just certified engineers, one platform, and a structural incentive to get you fully into the cloud and keep you secure there.

Where most MSPs get this wrong

"No Level 1 technicians" isn't a slogan.
It's our org chart.

Most MSPs run a tiered help desk. Level 1 takes your call, works a script, and escalates when the issue is "complex enough." The problem — most Microsoft 365 issues don't look complex until someone has burned two hours on them.

Every handoff means re-explaining your problem. Every tier means waiting. The person who could actually fix it is three escalations away.

The Level2 path

YouCertified engineerResolved

We removed the tier entirely. The engineer who answers is the engineer who resolves. There's no escalation path because there's nothing to escalate to.

Here's what this means for your business: problems get fixed on the first call, your team stops losing half-days to IT limbo, and nobody ever asks you to restart your computer and call back.

Honest fit check

We're not for everyone.
That's the point.

A specialist model only works if we're honest about who it serves. Here's the truth, both directions.

Level2 is ideal if...

  • You have 15–250 employees
  • You're already on Microsoft 365, or ready to move to it
  • You're planning to eliminate on-premises servers
  • Security matters to your clients, regulators, or insurers
  • You're tired of ticket-number support and script readers
  • You want IT that's strategic, not just reactive

We're probably not a fit if...

  • You want to keep multiple on-prem servers indefinitely
  • You're shopping primarily on lowest price
  • You run on Google Workspace and plan to stay there
  • You need ongoing support for legacy desktop systems that can't modernize

If that's you, a traditional MSP genuinely serves you better — and we'll happily say so on the first call.

What happens next

From first call to go-live, mapped out.

No mystery, no "we'll be in touch." Here's how we actually do it — the same sequence for every new client, so you always know what's coming.

Timelines flex with your environment's complexity, but the order never changes: understand first, design second, migrate third, manage forever.

Roadmap delivered

A written plan: what moves, in what order, what it costs, and how long it takes. Fixed scope, committed timeline. Yours to keep either way.

Week 2–3

Migration plan approved

You approve the design before we build anything. Users are briefed, cutover windows scheduled, rollback plans documented.

Week 4–8

Client stories

What changes when the first call is the last call.

We'd been with the same MSP for eight years. Level2 completed our migration in four weeks with zero downtime. It wasn't better — it was a different category of service.

Jennifer M.
Managing Partner · [Regional Law Firm]

The first time we called with a complex Entra ID issue, the person who answered actually knew the answer. Not a script. Not a ticket number. A fix.

Robert C.
CFO · [Accounting Firm, 45 users]

We shut down our last server in March. Level2 handled every step and nobody on our team has looked back. The security posture alone was worth the switch.

No. We're a cloud-only provider. If you have servers today, our engagement begins with migrating off them. We don't patch, monitor, or support server infrastructure — our expertise and tooling are entirely Microsoft 365.
Every person who handles a ticket or takes a call operates at Level 2 or higher. There's no front-line triage team that reads scripts and escalates. The engineer who picks up your request is the engineer who resolves it.
Every engineer holds current, role-relevant Microsoft certifications — MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), and others as applicable. Maintained annually, not credentials from five years ago.
Between 15 and 250 users. Below 15, the economics of managed services rarely work for either party. Above 250, we evaluate case by case based on complexity.
Possibly. Our assessment identifies exactly which applications depend on local infrastructure. Many dependencies resolve through cloud-hosted alternatives or Azure-based hosting. Some can't be moved yet — and if that's your situation, we'll tell you plainly.
A 30-user firm with on-premises Exchange and a file server: typically four to six weeks. A 150-user organization with complex dependencies: three to four months. Every engagement is scoped individually with a committed timeline before work begins.
Managed services agreements run annually with a 60-day out clause after the first 90 days. If we're not delivering, you shouldn't be locked in — and frankly, we don't want clients who stay only because a contract makes them.
A senior engineer — not a sales rep — reviews your environment with you, identifies what's holding you back, and outlines what a cloud-only model would look like. If we're not a fit, we'll say so on that call.
