Managed IT Services

Proactive management. Predictable pricing. No legacy baggage.

Your entire Microsoft 365 environment, managed continuously by certified engineers under one flat monthly agreement.

How it works

Management, not just coverage.

Traditional MSP agreements are reactive: you pay monthly and call when something breaks. Ours is built around continuous, proactive management — we monitor, optimize, automate, and improve your tenant whether or not anything is broken.

Everything we offer lives under a single agreement: support, security management, tenant administration, endpoint management, compliance monitoring, and strategic guidance.

We went from paying $12,000/month for a team that told us to restart our computers, to Level2 at a similar cost. What we actually get is night and day.

How pricing works

You will never get a surprise bill. Here's how we guarantee it.

We don't publish rate cards, because pricing depends on your user count and compliance requirements. But we publish something more useful: the rules.

  • Flat monthly fee — per user, all-inclusive for support and management
  • No hourly billing — ever, for anything covered by the agreement
  • No per-ticket charges — call as often as you need
  • No nickel-and-diming — "quick questions" are free because they're part of the job
  • Licenses at cost — we don't play markup games with Microsoft licensing
  • Projects quoted fixed-scope — approved by you before any work starts

Agreements run annually with a 60-day out clause after the first 90 days. We keep clients by performing, not by locking them in.
Really. One flat monthly fee covers unlimited support. No ticket charges, no hourly overages for support work, no 'that's out of scope' surprises on the invoice. Project work like migrations is quoted separately — and fixed-scope.
Microsoft license costs (billed at cost, no markup games), hardware purchases (we don't sell hardware at all), and defined projects like migrations or office moves — which are always quoted as fixed-scope proposals before any work starts.
Average first response is around 12 minutes during business hours, and the responder is a certified engineer. Critical issues (tenant-wide outage, active security incident) get immediate escalation to on-call engineering, including after hours.
Security incidents and business-down situations: yes, 24/7 on-call. Routine requests are handled during business hours — one of the ways we keep the flat fee flat.
Yes. Many clients onboard while still running servers, and we manage the Microsoft 365 side competently alongside your existing setup — while executing the plan to retire the rest. What we don't do is sign up to manage servers indefinitely.
Foundation pairs naturally with Microsoft 365 Business Premium. Professional and Enterprise tiers may add E5 security components or Sentinel depending on your compliance needs. We handle license optimization as part of every plan — see the licensing guide for details.
Yes. We're not trying to become your vendor for everything. We'll advise on anything that touches Microsoft 365, but we don't require you to consolidate unrelated services with us.
Days 1–5: tenant audit and documentation. Weeks 2–4: remediation of anything dangerous and rollout of the Level2 Standard baseline. Days 30–60: automation of routine workflows and your first monthly health report. You'll feel the difference in the first two weeks.
Yes — co-managed arrangements work well when the split is clean. Typically your internal person owns day-to-day user support and local logistics; we own tenant architecture, security, and escalation depth.
